The Albanian is no stranger to interest from England as he has been watched by both Arsenal and Manchester United in the past.The pair have since cooled their interest in Hysaj but, according to Tele Sport in the player’s homeland, it is Chelsea who are now trying to sign the defender.Blues boss Sarri wants to sign a new right-back in January and he has told his clubs board to focus on landing Hysaj. Chelsea looked at trying to sign the Albania international in the summer, but their advances were rejected by Napoli.
