Real Madrid have signed Porto defender Eder Militao on a deal which starts this summer, the LaLiga club have confirmed.Militao, the Brazil international, has put pen to paper with Los Blancos until 2025 having starred throughout his debut season in European football.

Zidane becomes Real’s third manager of the season with the club sacking both Julen Lopetegui and his successor Santiago Solari amid various on-field struggles.Los Blancos are third in LaLiga – 12 points behind leaders Barcelona – and were knocked out the Copa del Rey by their fierce Clasico rivals.The reigning European Champions also dropped out the Champions League at the first knockout stage with Ajax triumphing 4-1 at the Bernabeu last week to complete a remarkable 5-3 defeat of Real.
