In quotes published on the club’s official Twitter account, Ancelotti said: “[It is] nothing serious – they did the tests and they turned out negative. Alex Meret came on to replace Ospina before the break and Napoli duly went on to win the game 4-2.Following the arrival of Bernd Leno, the shot-stopper was allowed to leave on loan and will hope to play against his parent club after the Europa League quarter-final draw.Ospina signed for the Gunners in July 2014 but has only made 27 league appearances for the Premier League side.
